On most Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings you will find our resident musician Rhys Hoddinot playing piano and singing. Rhys has performed across all regions of the UK, providing well known music from 1940's jazz to present day pop and ballads, more recently he has released a single on iTunes proving he really is one to watch. Rhys will add that special touch to your dining experience.

"The staff where very attentive, the wine list was very good with a good price range, so something for everyones pocket. We had three courses and each one was beautifully presented with perfect flavour combinations. The menu had five choices for each course and I feel a fair price for the excellent food served. Who needs to travel to London when we have this gem on our doorstep."

"14 in our group (9adults and 5 children between the ages of 3 and 8) had a great Mothering Sunday lunch. The menu suited both foodies and children very well. The staff were very efficient - nothing was too much bother. We have dined here many times but this was our first lunch ( and first visit with children ) and it was very successful."

"This was my second visit and had promised to take my wife this time. It did not disappoint. The surroundings are wonderful and the staff very professional. A set menu had been prepared as there was an international rugby match on. (Wales won!)It was expensive but tasty and well presented. The muzak was provided by Bruce Springsteen who is a particular favourite of my wife so well done."

"My overall experience of the Park House was first class. From the moment we were greeted, the service was outstanding. We enjoyed some pre-meal cocktails in the bar along with a complimentary pre-appetiser. The food was of exceptional quality and the mood was perfect. The live pianist was very good and really added to the romantic feel. I would definitely return and recommend."

"A very grand building with traditional decor, exceptional service, all of the staff were very attentive, friendly and informative. I had a cocktail as a pre-dinner drink and it was one of the nicest I've ever tasted! Food was exceptional, a good choice of dishes and very inventive. Overall a very pleasant experience, I would definitely recommend it to friends, but due to the reasonably high cost I would probably suggest it for a special occasion."
