"we took my 7 year old grandaughter and younger cousin for a birthday treat ,the staff where excellent it was a last minute booking and they still managed to put balloons on the table and sung happy birthday at the end of the meal .A very enjoyable time"

"The staff were superb, the food was superb, the place in all was outstanding. Would definitely visit again. Prices are agreeable, variation on the menu is good, almost no waiting time for food either! If you're a sports fan, there are numerous photos of well known sporting giants with a "Red V Blue" themed table-top football game available. The noise when we went was great for the most part, only the hearty cheers from downstairs broke an otherwise pleasant atmosphere. Great restaurant, 5 Star all day long."

"Having booked in January, we were disappointed to be seated in the main bar area. We had our 5yr old daughter and would have preferred to be seated in the more private restaurant area with it being in the evening. Two of our group had steak, which they liked however were disappointed that each extra side order had to be paid for and that the steak would have just come out on its own if they hadn't paid any extra. They didnt feel they had value for money. We also ordered pizza, which was shocking. I've never seen a pizza so bare, no cheese and minimal toppings. We just had to laugh about it! We're disappointed to say that we wont be booking again for a meal,having been a few times before. Think we'll just stick with a drink. Friendly staff"

"I was a bit disappointed that there was no option of which channel to watch. As it is a sports bar I expected there to be some choice, but when we asked for the Cricket to be put in, I had to ask 4 members of staff before one of them gave me a response saying that the Bundesliga game had to stay on. I really did expect a venue that branded itself as a Sports bar and that had 100 TVs to be able to show more than one channel.

We did however enjoy the food."

"Really enjoyed visiting this restaurant. It was a last-minute decision via the OpenTable app which really came up trumps.
Food exceptionally good (hubby had the Scouse which he said was delicious); Jamie C's house wine (red) very good quality - has he had advice from his Spanish colleagues?! and the atmosphere was friendly and convivial.
Would thoroughly recommend trying!"
